Good and bad experience

I like the platform everything is looking nice and clean, spread aint too bad a little more expensive than some other broker available right now but I guess you pay for the look of the platform. I have a good experience overall except for one thing with the customer service that makes me quite uneasy right now. I have contacted them 2 times about an issue I had with a pending order and both times they said they would come back to me by email but Ive never received anything from them... makes you think twice about the service they can really offer.
